RTE star Anna Geary said her “world changed forever” when her son made a “surprise arrival” as she celebrated his first birthday.
The Ireland’s Fittest Family coach and her hubby Kevin Sexton welcomed their son Ronan into the world on August 1, 2023.
Anna took to her Instagram today to share some stunning black and white throwback snaps of Ronan on his first birthday.
At the hospital, the couple looked lovingly at their son who “thundered into the world, mad to meet everyone”.
Despite working right up to Ronan’s birth, Anna said she was “full of energy” while presenting and shared a colourful snap of her working with a prominent baby bump.
She was hosting RTE’s for Up For The Match and said: “I had zero clue Ronan would surprise us with his arrival just 48 hours later.”
In another heart-melting black and white snap, Anna snuggled up with her son and recalled: “Fast forward a few days and our world had changed forever.”
She gushed over her little bundle of joy after finally bringing him home, saying she can “hardly remember him being so small”.
Anna added: “It really is a blur for the first few months.”
To end her throwback series of snaps, Anna shared an adorable picture of her husband embracing their son on the couch, while the new born slept on his chest.
Anna captioned the photo: “I’m an emotional wreck going through photos this week.”
Recently, Anna took a more grown up looking Ronan on his first ever trip outside of Ireland.
She shared a cute holiday snap where she held Ronan on her hip as she donned an exotic, brightly coloured, floral print dress.
The pair grinned from ear-to-ear as they soaked up some holiday sun.
While on their trip, the mum-of-one, caught another sweet moment on camera, as the family-of-three smiled wide in a black and white photo.
Ronan was perched on his dad’s shoulder as he looked to his mum while she attempted to give him a kiss.
Getting to spend some time at home, Anna got dolled up as she posed for a photo in her mirror wearing a stunning green dress that she paired with gold heels.
And on Father’s Day, Kevin was elated as he held his son close and read him a book called, The Best Dad in the World.
